Birdies is growing — and our next chapter takes us straight into one of Bangkok’s most dynamic neighbourhoods. 

We’re excited to announce that Birdies is opening a new branch in Chinatown, located approximately 400 meters from the main walking street, slightly further down but still firmly on the main road. It’s a location that balances energy and accessibility, giving guests the best of Chinatown’s atmosphere without the intensity of the most crowded stretch. 

This expansion marks an important step for Birdies as we continue to grow thoughtfully, choosing locations that reflect our philosophy rather than simply following foot traffic. 

Why Birdies Chose This Part of Chinatown 

Chinatown is one of Bangkok’s most layered food destinations — a place where tradition, experimentation, street culture, and sit-down dining coexist naturally. For Birdies, the goal was never to be in the middle of chaos, but rather within the flow of Chinatown life. 

By positioning the new branch: 

• Around 400 meters from the main walking street

• Slightly removed from peak congestion 

we’ve created a space that feels connected yet comfortable. Guests can walk in easily, settle down, and enjoy the Birdies experience without rushing or shouting over crowds.
