Humboldt is one of Kuala Lumpur’s most exciting newcomers, conceptualised by Lolita Goh and Joshua Ivanovic — the creative duo also behind the city’s acclaimed JungleBird. While JungleBird has carved out its own celebrated legacy, Humboldt stands as a distinct concept, inspired by the life-giving Humboldt Current — a vast ocean stream flowing from the southern tip of Chile to the Galapagos Islands. Their menu captures the energy, flavours, and spirit of South America’s western coast, reimagined through a playful yet deeply rooted culinary lens.

For three nights only, Humboldt will bring ten punchy sharing plates and ten craft cocktails to the heart of Bangkok in a takeover-meets-collaboration. Expect Humboldt’s full menu, led by their bold and expressive flavours, with Birdies injecting its signature flair to blend seamlessly into the experience — a unique cross-current of two creative kitchens and bars.

On the menu: smoky anticuchos, crisp yuca frita, bright ceviches, and hand-crafted empanadas, each dish designed to excite and surprise. Behind the bar, expect playful riffs on Latin classics like Pisco Sour, Canelazo, and Chilcano, alongside inventive original creations that pair effortlessly with the cuisine.
