it all started with food...
When I was younger, my oldest and fondest memories were of food. Boxes of Barbies were left unopened, while I ran around playing with garden leaves, mud, flowers, pots and pans.
Adventures with my food obsessed family, if it wasn’t dining street side, it was my first seating ever at Jean-Georges. To me, food was always nostalgic…
years later, I found myself exploring almost every cuisine the world had to offer, learning from people through all paths of life.

And we’re here to play. Respecting the produce and letting it shine through. Sharing is key, we share our knowledge with our team, test boundaries and break the status quo while creating a community with you (our friends) and we never forget to have fun.
Jens love for ‘fried chicken and champagne’, in her own words being, “her most favorite thing in the whole wide world” led her to Conceptualizing a new dining experience.
